Anyone using the free SMS messaging in business app? I need a quick checklist to share with a client who is interested in using SMS for the first time. What are the first 3 steps they/we need to take? Thanks.

Hi Mike!
As an Onboarding Captain who demonstrates Inbox SMS a lot, my main advice would be to send a test SMS to yourself first!
The first time you send an SMS through Inbox, that business gets assigned a local number. This process takes a little time (less than a minute) but can feel a little weird!
Can you tell me more about how the business is planning to use Inbox SMS?
