Help your clients collect even more customer feedback with the Email Signature Widget, available now through Customer Voice Express and Pro.
How does it work?
Head to the Widget tab in Customer Voice to customize the Email Signature Widget by selecting the preferred workflow for requesting reviews: My Listing or My Preferred Sources.
Simply copy and paste the widget into the signature of the client's email provider. You'll notice the business's name is automatically populated. Now, with each customer communication, the business is proactively asking for valuable customer feedback.
