A few questions we didn't get to answer during the session:
- So it stands to reason that businesses that you can sell SaaS would be a big plus in choosing a vertical rather than having 25 clients?
- What average price would you target on the first sign-up with a client? Do you have a minimum value?
- Do you have an office in Santa Clarita, CA?
- Sometimes, the project of actually uncoupling from one system/platform/relationship is more work than potential clients want to take on. Would that also fall into the ZOI?
