Do you meet with clients in person or online? What is working better for you?
This is a really great topic, especially as we come out of COVID. Mine's definitely a hybrid so far. ATM I'm also really trying to nail down my online sales technique. Right now I'm inspired by the Digital Concierge approach ... I built a good deck then hop into the snapshot report and then a quick tour of a successful client's business app and then try to close them on at least a LBOT pro. I'm going to see how that goes!
PS I know that comment was more about sales, but that's on my mind right now! Haha! in terms of regular meetings it really depends on what level of account they are. I'm more likely to go out of my way to spend time in the field when they're high ticket. For lower budget accounts it's great that we all got plenty of experience with people doing Zooms in this last year!
