Building up your Pipeline

This one is for all of you salespeople out there. I’m looking to put together set of tips for building up your pipeline to not be so dependent on end of the month specials.

Some of the things I am trying:

  • More frequent meetings with prospects. Logic: The more they see you, the harder it is to say no!
  • Asking what is stopping them from buying today. Logic: Get to the objections faster!
  • Bringing in other team members as experts. Logic: Showcasing the power of a unified team!

What are you doing to speed up the sale?
