Last week was pretty terrible for support. I had to rope in my Vendasta sales rep and he expedited the tickets... and then they got solved within a day!
Also for a question that stumped my onboarding rep he suggested calling support directly by pressing the "?" In partner center ... It was quick and helpful ?
Have you tried calling them? Seems like a way faster response in my experience!
