Notification about client plans being changed.
There needs to be a feature added where if a client's plan for a specific product or software changes that I'm notified so I can update my billing. I had a client get started on Constant Contact for like $25 or something a month, but they grew their list and the plan automatically changed and was now $60 a month for months and I never knew about it.
