Customer Voice Automatic Review Campaigns Follow up

I would love it if emailed review requests would automatically follow up a couple days later if the person fails to follow through and leave feedback.

This would be handy for sure. I would see it as a pro feature as you would want to create an additional template for follow up.

This can be done manually now by using a filter and re sending a 2nd attempt message using a different template. Pretty easy to set this up.

Good news: campaign/automation functionality is being worked on this year! This would allow you to send an automatic follow-up email if, say, the first email isn't opened or clicked on.

Jeff, I'd love your insight into what aspect of this new feature you'd expect in the Customer Voice Pro. For example, lockout all campaign functionality in Express or give them limited functionality to get a "taste" of it?
