Can we have an "AND" and "OR" option for automation triggers?

So far it looks like I'd have to copy an automation for that.

Hi Tim, this feature exists in the automation. This can be found in If/else branch of account data.

I'm trying to do an automation for Activating express products. So when reputation express OR website express OR customer voice OR social express is activated, the automation begins.

It only looks like I can do one product activation trigger plus CONDITIONS on top of it. 

I'm looking for multiple triggers for one automation activation.
