Automations Dropped email strategy.
Curious to know what everyone is doing with their "Dropped emails" after an Account runs through a campaign.
Are these emails pretty much dead and so there is no further reason to keep them as an account?
Hi Joseph. A "dropped" email is typically an email address that has been in a previous email campaign and was not delivered or accepted, usually it's because the recipient has "unsubscribed" from the sender. The only way to get them "resubscribed" is to get their permission to do so and then ask Support to handle this as you as a Partner do not have the ability. It's a lot of work if these are prospects so they are pretty much done, sorry.
