Dedupe Users listed against multiple Accounts from receiving more than one Campaign Email
Hi there. My name is Paul from Downunder :). I am finally confident in sending Campaign Emails from the Business App. However, whilst I knew all Users on an account would receive the Email, I didn't consider Users who are added to multiple accounts.
These Users need to be in multiple accounts, but I am open to ideas on how to stop this from occuring in future.
NOTE: My role is account management, so I am coming at this from a different perspective i.e. managing clients ongoing, upselling, education, surveys etc...
