Here are the answers to the questions asked in the chat last Friday:
Question: Can we hire you for our content and copy?
Answer: Yes, of course! Our team can take care of social media posts, blogs, and website copy too!
Question: White label under brand based on Vendasta tier or all tiers?
Answer: When you’re on the Growth subscription, it will be grey-label, meaning our team will still work under your brand, but we will work out of an @yourdigitalagents.com email. When you’re on the Scale subscription, it will be a fully white-labeled email under your brand that we will be communicating to your customers with!
Question: would you be able to write content/posts for south African businesses?
Answer: Yes, as long as it’s in English.
Question: Do you have a separate team for the graphics?
Answer: Our content team handles our graphics.
Question: Does the price change depending on how many posts you have for the week?
Answer: Yes. All prices are listed in Marketplace under Discovery Products.
Question: Do the 1x posts come with images or do you have to buy Custom images as well?
Answer: Custom Images is an Add-on. The posts come with an image attached to them, but they are non-branded stock images or images provided by the client.
Question: Do you do simple animation graphic posts of basic text on a colored background?
Answer: We could do that with a Custom Image activation!
Question: Will Yelp become a part of our Social Marketing platform?
Answer: Most likely not, Yelp has a lock of restrictions around what they allow on their site and from where.
Question: Can't claim for service area business anymore?
Answer: We can, we just need a physical address in order to do so. (It will be hidden after claiming is completed)
Question: By "claiming" do you mean "verification"? Can you verify a business in South Africa - from Canada?
Answer: claiming and verification! We can work on claiming businesses from around the globe.
Question: Will we talk about pricing of these services on this call?
