Business App What problems do you face when communicating with your customers?
Do you have problems reaching out to your customers? Maybe they don't answer in a timely manner? Maybe you have to manage communication over SMS, Facebook, and WhatsApp?
What are the biggest communication problems that you face?
A big customer communication problem is how clients ask for help / support from me when working within the apps. Currently, there are no specific contact support options. There is a contact me link in the lower left corner in the Business Center dashboard. However, I do not like this as an option for support because I want to be able to send requests to a team. To address this, there needs to be a highlighted "Get Help" type button somewhere on the screen in business center and the apps with the ability for us to add an email (firstname.lastname@example.org in my case) or chatbot for clients to access.
