Emails sending and viewing

Hello everyone.

Newbie teething problems. I wonder if anyone can help...?

1. Can I sent an email to a prospect outside of a campaign as a stand-alone CRM follow up communication?

2. How do I check / view metrics to see if a prospect has opened an email or clicked on any link within my campaign?

Do you mean you want to send a single email inside of the Sales and Success Center?

Hey Jennifer....what is your email client.

Exp: if you are using a Gmail based client you can grab an extension to track opened emails. I use "STREAK" but Im sure there are others. Also when you use Gmail (Client) you can use the sales and success center extension to automatically log emails in to the notes. Let me know if you have any questions.

There is a great new Google Chrome Extension from Vendasta ( https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ssc-in-gmail/emglchplelkppdihffbdahlbcjlnnhgm). It is seamlessly integrated in Google Gsuite (now Google Workplace) and enables you to semi-automatically link your account with your eMail. When sending eMails, this eMail will be stored in your CRM notes/activities.
